Sheraton Great Valley Hotel

We liked our accommodations, the attentiveness of hotel staff. We arrived rather late at night so we did not avail ourselves of many of the amenities. Our bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and the shower was nice and hot.

location was great. easy to get in and out. ample parking. a lot of choice for breakfast. enjoyed the bacon & eggs the most bed was comfortable my husband enjoyed the spa & pool after a long day at work self laundry facilities easy to use all staff were friendly & helpful room was great. thanks Craig & Mandy-Lee for the upgrade & including breakfast we would definitely stay again

Easy check in great staff everyone always nice an friendly. The pool area is nice however the pool isn't heated I loved the jetted tub an the view from the 4th floor The breakfast is the best can't say enough. Real eggs an bacon an sausage.

We absolutely love staying at The Sheraton. This particular property at this location is like a TownePlace by Marriott property, without the full kitchen. And if you’re someone like me who can’t find anything but a King size bed to be comfortable after you lay in one.. voilã - that’s what they have! There was only one complaint I had, and when we’re dealing with hard earned money, that problem becomes the most important to resolve, in my opinion. It wasn’t made clear on any of the listings online that there was a security / incidental deposit.. and it is $100. Now. Yes, that took $100 from me when I arrived, we were not expecting to part ways with those funds at that moment. If that was all, I might not had been mentioned it, however… there’s more! Lol When we attempted to extend the stay a few days… Booking.com gave us the total and we were satisfied with the cost. Upon submitting the payment at the front desk.. we were informed we would need to include another $100 security / incidental deposit. Might not be a big deal to some out there, but it was for us, and we wound up leaving because we didn’t want to keep losing money and having it tied up for x amount of days (they say refunds can occur anywhere from 2 - 14 days. Ours came back fairly quick but again, that might be a dealbreaker for anyone out there that is skeptical / cautious, and/or anyone on a budget with limited funds available. Overall, I still rate this property up in the highest range / category with my own personal rating of 8.5/10 stars! Thank you for a great experience. We hope to visit again soon ♥️🎶 – DJ AFINO
